Nakiska: First Mountain Open in Canada

This year the Nakiska ski resort opened its doors to the public on Saturday October 29th, making the ski hill the first to open in Canada. The resort will be open on weekends only for the time being, full time operations are scheduled for a start in December. Currently, there are 3 runs open on the God Express chair. The resort warns of early season conditions and recommended advances and intermediate skiers and boarders only for their weekend opener.
